Admission level:
Senior deck officers, masters, pilots and Navy seagoing personnel.
Objective:
To enhance the safe operation of ships, by improving participants’ ability to manage crisis and emergency situations.

Course Content:
This course covers the competence requirements as outlined in the STCW convention, table A-II/2 and features simulation exercises focusing on all relevant emergencies such as, fires, collisions, man over board, grounding, heavy weather, equipment failure, evacuation of ill or injured Personnel etc, followed by debriefing and reflection sessions.
Test:
No. Instructor carries out continuous evaluation and assessment.
Certification:
SAMTRA certificate endorsed by Force Technology.
Additional Information:
Course is SAMSA accredited and TETA recognised. Complies with the STCW Code regulations AII/2.
