Objective:
Using the technology of simulation to enhance safety of Navigation by providing the knowledge and skills necessary to fully utilize the features of ECDIS.

Continuous evaluation and assessment.
Certification:
SAMTRA certificate meeting the requirements as outlined in IMO Model Course 1.27 and STCW Code regulations A-11/1 and A-11/2.
