Academic Programme Application Form

Please read the information and instructions contained in the following sections carefully before completing the Application Form.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Please complete the form in full and in English.
2. All applications must be sent via email to admin@samtra.co.za.
3. International and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applicants must also submit applications via email.
4. Consult the SAMTRA website for more details on the program and frequently asked questions: https://www.samtra.co.za/educational-programmes/
5. Prospective applicants who have emailed their fully completed application form and supporting documents may contact the admin office to track their application. If accepted, you acceptance letter will be emailed to you two (2) weeks after the RESPECTIVE closing dates, as indicated below in section 1.4.
